Payment Policies
Our payment terms are payment in advance. Once you put your order in we will send you an invoice in return and request payment upon invoice. As soon as payment is received the coffee will be shipped in the agreed upon way.
Sample Policies
We offer samples to all roasters interested. We will usually ask you to have a look at our coplete portfolio and make a selection of the coffees you would like to receive samples of. Our sample sizes are 150g. We will let you know if the samples are pre-shipment samples or from landed coffees / inventory.
Refund Policies
We are very concerned about delivering your coffees with the highest quality only. So if the coffee arrives in a different way than expected by you or with differences to the samples you tried, we are prepared to offer a refund in some way, depending on each case.
Shipment Information
Our coffee is stored in our quality controlled warehouse in Austria. Shipping from the warehouse to the client is paid for by the client. Our transport company can offer competitive prices all over Europe and also overseas.
Our minimum shipping quantities are 1 bag a 60kg for Traditional varietals and 1 box a 15kg for Geishas, Pacamara and Maragogype.
